As a growth-focused sales leader, I bring deep expertise in GTM strategy and execution to support Norstella’s rapid expansion and evolving business needs. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales Development, I’ve built and scaled a high-performing team from 10 to 37 across multiple regions, transitioned the company from a mid-market, inbound approach to a global Enterprise, outbound strategy, and consistently delivered pipeline that has directly impacted revenue generation. In 2024 alone, my team scheduled over 8,500 meetings and influenced $375M in early-stage pipeline—a testament to our execution and alignment with company goals.

Vice President, Global Sales Development
Assist in streamlining sales operations of five organizations in 2022 and 2023 by creating and implementing integration and GTM strategies. Plan and deploy sales development function to two recently established subsidiaries within parent company's portfolio. Leverage effective leadership skills to scale team from 10 in the United States to 37 globally to drive top of funnel pipeline, impacting revenue growth for the global organization.

● Led team of 35 SDRs across 5 Business Units, including 5 managers and 2 operations analysts
● Originated 77% of new/qualified sales opportunities in coordination from SDRs.

● In 2024 Led SDR team in scheduling more thanks 8,500 sales meetings, attaining 6K Sales Qualified Opportunities, and influencing $375 M in initial stages of sales pipeline, demonstrating 81% growth over 2023.
